Standard Terms of Business 

Our Standard Terms of Business will set out the key terms and conditions as to how the firm will render legal services to clients.  

All persons who have requested legal services, which we have agreed to provide to as a client, are bound by these terms unless a written agreement signed by both that person and us provides otherwise.

This website is owned and operated by Hutchinson Attorneys Inc, Registration Number 2017/342564/21, (“the Firm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), through its ownership of the domain hutchinsonlaw.co.za, and is hosted by Zoho Corporation in the United States of America.
